Intrevista com Carlos Alberto Torres
Clinically Literary | Radio Peazê: – Captain, one little question please: for starters, congratulations on your honor that you are getting. What do you think of the site’s World Ball for Women in the sense of having more women in stadiums? (Carlos Alberto is honored along with all team selection in 1970, by 40 years of winning the World Cup 1970).
Carlos Alberto Torres – Always good.
RP-Always Good?
CAT: – Provided that the conditions are offered to enable women to go to the stadiums.
I, for one, am a man who hardly go to a stadium in Brazil, I am invited to all the games, but I know how difficult it is to get to the stadiums, even with my car. Then I have to find someone to give me a credential to park inside the Maracana or any stage … Toilets for example, how are you … I do not take my wife to a stadium in Brazil, this is what is reality and we can not escape it. I hope that everything is ready for 2014.
RP: – You think, for example, that could reduce violence in stadiums with more women in number?
CAT: – I think an event like this (Note: the recording was interrupted, CAT concluded “… the World Cup) there is no security problem here (…) want to find all the facilities, ie good hotels, good airports, which unfortunately we have no transport, good roads, highways, they claim, … people here think nobody knows that here is full of holes, but they know there, so if the country offers all this for FIFA, FIFA for sure …
RP: This was the view of the eternal captain of the Brazilian national soccer’s World Ball for Women dot com dot br.
